We are a wholesale distributor of the products in this website. That is why the prices are so low! We sell only to approved resellers. You must be approved by us as a reseller. If you are not approved as a valid reseller, we will not sell to you. Contact Doc at doc@harpdepot.com to become a qualified reseller, which will require you to provide a reseller number, sales tax number, pictures of a walk-in store, etc.

For follow-ups, send email to harpdepot01@yahoo.com. The people who answer the telephones don't do the followups. They only take orders. They do not have the time or the ability to do anything else! Followups and complaints are only dealt with when received as emails at harpdepot01@yahoo.com.

*A signed receipt is required for delivery of all shipments unless requested otherwise in the comments section of the order form.

**Currently, we will not be shipping overseas due to a recent wave of fraud experienced with our overseas orders. We will probably start doing overseas orders again at some time in the future.
